General

  • Emperium Chest re-enabled
  • Base HP regen walking penalty changed from duration between regen -> Value of regen
  • Skill HP and Skill SP regen delay being bugged
  • Skill HP and Skill SP regen now reduces value (rounded up) of regen when walking instead of timer.
  • Base HP regen increased from ((Vit / 5) + (Max HP / 200)) -> (1 + (Vit / 5) + (Max HP / 200))
  • Total Base HP increased by 1% every 2 Vit
  • Base SP regen increased from (1 + (Int / 6) + (Max SP / 100)) -> (1 + (Int / 5) + (Max SP / 100))
  • Total Base SP increased by 1% every 2 Int
  • Skill regen no longer Increased by Luk
  • HP Skill Regen HP Vit scaling reduced from 1% -> 0.5%
  • SP Skill Regen SP Int scaling reduced from 1% -> 0.5%
  • Fountain Buff regen moved from Skill Regen (no modifiers) -> Base Regen (no modifiers)
  • Fountain Buff regen missing HP or SP reduced from 3% -> 2%
  • Sitting Regen bonus reduced from 400% -> 200%


Enchanting

  • Combo Elemental Synergy reduced from (3*SkillLv)% -> (2*SkillLv)%
  • Combo Advanced Elemental Mastery reduced from (3*SkillLv)% -> (2*SkillLv)%
  • Fixed Combo Kin Slayer damage reduction being (4*SkillLv)% instead of (3*SkillLv)%
  • Combo Kin Slayer total resistance conversion increased from (8*SkillLv)% -> (10*SkillLv)%
  • Combo Kin Slayer now property apples own resistance bonus into bonus damage conversion
  • Combo Kin Slayer now only uses monster element resistance instead of skill element resistance


Items

  • Jirant Spear Red and Blue scale cost reduced from 10 -> 15
  • Red and Blue Dragon Scale orb cost reduced from 50 -> 10
  • Reduce cost of Alcohol Creation Guide, Bottle Grenade Creation Guide, Acid Bottle Creation Guide, Plant Bottle Creation Guide, Marine Sphere Creation Guide and Glistening Coat Creation Guide from 100,000z -> 50,000z
  • Reduce cost of Condensed Potion Creation Guide from 240,000z -> 150,000z
  • Medicine Bowl price reduced from 8 -> 6


Monster

  • Eddga's Tiger Footskin drop chance increased from 2.5% -> 12.5%
  • Abyss 4 Dragon Orb Drop chance increased from (0.35|0.5)% -> (0.45|0.75)%


Knight

  • Tension relax no longer effects skill regen


Wizard

  • Meteor Storm no longer Stuns
  • Scorched Earth no longer has flinch animation
  • Lord of Vermillion now Stuns at a (3*SkillLv)% chance instead of blinds


Alchemist

  • Increase craft chance of Bottle Grenade, Acid Bottle, Marine Sphere Bottle and Plant Bottle Bottle by 5%
  • Increase craft quantity of Bottle Grenade, Acid Bottle, Marine Sphere Bottle and Plant Bottle Bottle by 3x


Shinobi

  • Hiraishin, Senkairaiu, Sukaihei, and Yaketa Hana no longer have flinch animations


Adept

  • Resta and Magas no longer effect skill regen


Pirate

  • Grog no longer effect skills regen


Draconier

  • Water Mantle no longer effects skill regen


Ronin

  • Meditation no longer effect skills regen


Esper

  • Divines Wrath bonus Blessings scaling now capped at (SkillLv * 2 + 1) active Blessings
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz max level increased from 1 -> 5
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz duration reduced from 120 -> (2*SkillLv) seconds
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz sp cost increase from 10 -> (5+5*SkillLv)
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz MVP and Boss resistance reduced from (35 MVP + 25 Boss)% -> 25%
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz MVP and Boss tolernace reduced from 50% -> 35%
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz deal 3x damage if other is applied
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz no longer change targets element level
  • Binding Chains and Spectral Waltz now have success animation
  • Avatar Gundor and Edron element's swapped
  • Buff duration for self reduced from 10 -> 5 minutes to match target.
  • Piety chance flattened to match ally chance.
  • Piety now also increases the duration of divine blessings by (45*SkillLv - 15) seconds
  • Disabled Divine Touch still triggering with piety
  • Updated Piety Logic
