• Tarot's Love Card no longer heals and Teleports target, instead it Heals anyone attacking target by (10*Attackers Level) once every 6 seconds, last 30 seconds.

Mercenary

• Fixed a bug where skills would remove and extra stack from Endless Needle
• Endless Needle now reduce critical damage modifiers by 20%

Wizard

• Storm Gust counter no longer resets at 250, instead it caps and stays at 100
• Storm Gust Freeze when broken by a Wind attack deals an additional 50 + 5% per counter bonus damage

• Improved Lich King zombie check code by about 67%
• Lich King Max HP per Skeleton increased from 1% -> (Summon Tier)%
