  • Bullseye now applies to ranged magic as well

  • Bullseye now blocks pirate crit
  • Bullseye now takes into account elements
  • Spellblade now effected by damage modifiers
  • Spellblade Matk to Physical Damage reduced from (10*SkillLv)% -> (5*SkillLv)%
