Enchanting[edit]
- Bullseye now applies to ranged magic as well

- Spellblade now effected by damage modifiers
- Spellblade Matk to Physical Damage reduced from (10*SkillLv)% -> (5*SkillLv)%
- Fixed Block being caped at 5% instead of 95% damage
- Fixed Heal Power being extra powerful with Soul Eater
