Mercenaries can duel wield pistols(do not confuse with Gunslinger's Revolvers) to attack from range.
This means they can also use 1 pistol with a shield.
The Mercenary is more specified in doing burst damage with Skills like "Zero In" or "Needle Shot"
Job Change[edit]
1) Walk through the Lighthalzen Airport and speak with Brandon Heat to become a Mercenary.

Bullets[edit]
Bullets can be purchased for Zeny from the usual Gunslinger merchants in Einbroch, in the Alberta Tool Weapon Shop, in the Izlude Tool Shop as well as in Zhakastia, including elemental bullets. If you'd rather spend Pirate Doubloons, you can find them in vending machines in Tortuga.
