Description[edit]
The user increases their ability to reload their Gun, increasing APM. This skill gives (SkillLV*2)% APM with Revolvers. Also increases dual pistol attacks by (2*SkillLv)%. Apm is doubled during Arcane Barrage. Additionally has a (10*SkillLv)% chance to consume 1 less ammo when attacking or using skills.
