Description
This skill can only be used with Two-Handed Axes. After a period of charging, slams the axe blade into the target for (400+(SkillLV*200))% damage. Additionally, there is a (SkillLV*8)% chance to stun the target, Stun chance increased by (SkillLv)% per stack of Aegis Ruin on target.
