Description
- This skill will be received when the player is Soul Linked!
Gain Movement Speed and Damage after picking up an item off the ground or successfully stealing. Hitting a player with a steal skill steals 10% of their base stats and gives them to the buccaneer. Hitting a MVP or Immune target with a steal skill steals 1+3% of their base stats and gives them to the Buccaneer / Captain.
