Description
Explodes with Psychic energy dealing (500 + 150*SkillLV + MaxSP/(20 - SkilLV))% damage split between everything in an 11x11 cell range around the user. Always drains an additional 10% current HP during Psychic Backlash and has 40% chance of it activating.
