Everything is discussed openly in Einherjar and every player claims the right to have an opinion on any and all #suggestions. One is a Ronin, the other a Shogun, one a Whitesmith, the other a Creator, an Arcane, a Huskarl, a Soul Weaver, a ~Lodestar~. There is nothing dishonorable about choosing one side or the other of a nerf. Discussions happen in #general and where matters are unclear or confused one settles it by argument and counter argument. But there is one problem that is not discussed publicly, one that it is delicate even to mention: Kin Slayer. It is taboo in our server.
 
 
Kin Slayer is immunized against all dangers: one may say Shogun is overpowered, or Nokizaru, or even Autoloot and HP bars, it all runs off in front of it like water off a raincoat. But mention Advanced Elemental Mastery and you will be astonished at how it recoils, how injured it is, how it suddenly shrinks back: “I’ve been found out.”
 
 
One cannot defend themselves against Kin Slayer. It attacks with lightning speed from it's position of safety and uses it's abilities to crush any attempt at defense.
 
 
Quickly it turns the attacker’s charges back on them and the attacker becomes the broken class, the overpowered thing, the reverse nercenary. Nothing could be more mistaken than to defend oneself. That is just what Kin Slayer wants. It can invent a new lie every day for the enemy to respond to, and the result is that the enemy spends so much time defending themselves that they have no time to do what the Kin Slayer really fears: to attack. The accused has become the accuser, and loudly it shoves the accuser into the dock.
 
 
So it always was in the past when a player or a guild fought the Kin Slayer. That is what would happen to us as well were we not fully aware of it's nature.
 
The fact that it shouts and complains about such a post in #balance-talks is only a sign that it is right. We are therefore delighted that we are constantly attacked by the Kin Slayer abusers. They may shout about nerfs.
 
 
We answer with Stolao's familiar words: Nerfs? Never! It's oppression. We take Kin Slayer out of the code. Just as a doctor does to bacterium.
