When Using an Elemental Blade, increases relative stats based of type used.
Fire Blade: Increases Speed by 10%
Ice Blade: Reduces Cooldown of skills. Draw Strike: 50%. Obsidian, Blazing and Silent Strike: 33%. Omniblade: 25%.
Thunder Blade: Increases APM by 10%
Earth Blade: Increases HP and SP recovery by 25%
Phantasmal Blade: Increases Flee by 10 + 10%
