- Improved Afk detection
- Dual Wielding aspd penalty changed from ((MainHand + Offhand) * 7 / 10) -> ((MainHand + Offhand) * 6 / 10)
- Battlestats now shows Base Apm correctly
- Made Apm even more granular in Stats Window
- Decrease server startup time
- Increase APM from Agi and Dex from (Agi + Dex / 4)% to (Agi + Dex / 4) + (Agi + Dex / 4)%
- Apm Calculation changed from (Apm + (Apm * Apm_Rate / 100) + Apm_Rate) -> (Apm + (Apm * Apm_Rate / 100))
- Blind now reduces Hit by 33%
