Class Changes
- Base 99 HP Increased from 3254 -> 4056
- Link now bypasses Mirror Magic
- Meteor Storm interval reduced from 750 -> 550
- Meteor Storm meteor count increased from (4+SkillLv)/2 -> (1+SkillLv)
- Meteor Storm now leaves Scorched Earth when landing, dealing (50+5*SkillLv)% damage every 0.5 seconds for 12 seconds
- Jupiter Thunder deals +25% damage against frozen targets
- Lord of Vermillion blind chance increased from (4*SkillLv) -> (6*SkillLv)
- Lord of Vermillion total damage increased from (400+80*SkillLv) -> (400+120*SkillLv)
- Each Stormgust Hit that doesn't Freeze Increases Freeze Chance by 5% and damage by (SkillLv)% up to 250 times, doesn't reset between cast
- Storm Gust damage changed from (100+40*SkillLv)% -> (100+40*SkillLv+(SkillLv*Non Freeze Hits))%
- Stormgust 3rd hit and above Freeze chance lowered from 150% -> 110%
- Earth Spike damage increased from (100*SkillLv)% -> (175*SkillLv)%
- Heaven Driver damage increased from (100*SkillLv)% -> (175*SkillLv)%
- Quagmire no longer removes True Sight or Loud Exclamation
- Sight Thrasher now hits Hidden
- Sight Thrasher no longer hits Traps
- Sight Thrasher now reveals hidden in area of effect
- Frost Nova Freeze chance changed from (33+5*SkillLv)% -> (30+6*SkillLv)%
- Storm Gust damage increased from (100 + 40*SkillLv + SkillLv * Hits)% -> (70 + 50*SkillLv + SkillLv * Hits)%
- Heaven Drive damage increased from (100 + 75*SkillLv)% -> (100 + 85*SkillLv)%
- Earth Spike damage increased from (100 + 75*SkillLv)% -> (100 + 85*SkillLv)%
- Lord of Vermillion Interval reduced from 1.25 -> .85 Seconds
- Lord of Vermilion now hits 50 times
- Meteor Storm damage increased from 125% -> 200% per hit
- Meteor Storm now gains Damage based on Fire Pillar (up to 5 levels)
- Wizard Soul Link increases Meteor Storm + Fire Pillar max scaling to level 10
- Storm Gust counter no longer resets at 250, instead it caps and stays at 100
- Storm Gust Freeze when broken by a Wind attack deals an additional 50 + 5% per counter bonus damage

Meteor Storm | Summons Meteor that randomly strike cells in a target area and do 200% Fire Element damage in the 7x7 area they impact for each hit and have a (3*SkillLv)% chance to stun the target.
