- Added Damage Test room, located in the event shop
- Fixed being stuck in cell when going to Tantale Isle
- Lower Max ASPD from 193 -> 190 (7.14 -> 5 A/S)
- Added a new effect to allow for breaking of ASPD limit
- Brasilis Now enabled
Items
- Added Backpack to Event Ticket Shop and Cash Shop
- Mage Hat (Default) is now recolorable
- Doppelganger Contract can now be stored
- Refine Tickets can now be used at any basic refine npc

- Black Powder lowers target hit by 25%
