Tantale, Tortuga and Zhakastia Access

Talk to Captain Jargon near the northern boat in Alberta 185, 189. Help him repair his boat with 75 trunks and 15 iron and he will offer transport to Zhakastia and Tantale. From Tantale you can enter Tortuga Dungeon. At the north exit you'll find the Pirate City of Tortuga .
