Description[edit]
Deals (100 + SkillLv*50)% damage to a target then after a 3 second delay explodes in a 5x5 area dealing same damage again. If target dies to Spirit Bomber initial hit it restores (SkillLv) SP and gains 1 Spirit Sphere. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere. Neutral-element, but element changes with Spectral Power.
