Reduce Book Aspd Penalty from 55 -> 50

Advance Book: Lower Max Level From 10 -> 5, Removed bonus Aspd, Increase all damage with books by (SkillLv*2)%, Reduce Dragonology to skill level 5 needed

Increased Base Level 99 SP from 703 -> 901

Memorize now reduces cast time by 1/2 original cast time after other reductions

Deluge buff now removes Burning

Violent Gale buff now removes Stun

Volcano buff now removes Freeze

Double Cast now works with Earth Spikes

Monster Property now increases damage to target monster type by 30%

Earth Spike damage increased from (100*SkillLv)% -> (175*SkillLv)%

Heaven Driver damage increased from (100*SkillLv)% -> (175*SkillLv)%

Weapon Endow now increase bolt of same element by (SkillLv*5)%

Autospell lower spell level cast chance removed

Autospell Bolt + Earth Spike skills increase by 1 level when using matching Endow

If the attack leading to Autospell is a Crit increase cast skill level by 1
