Area magic attack. Hits all targets in a cell block range around the user. Hits every target for (SkillLV*50)% Neutral damage but element changes with Spectral Power. Puts targets to sleep after level 5 if Slumber Toxins in learned, chance scaling with SkillLv and Slumber Toxins Level.
