Creates a aura of fire hitting nearby enemies for 1% Targets Max HP Misc Fire-element damage and applies Muspelheim's Curse to target. When under Muspelheim's Curse targets have a 20% chance to be Burned for 30 seconds when hit my fire property attacks.
Effect
