Will'O Whisp
- Get a Flame Heart
- Head to Magma Dungeon 2
- On the right side of the Bridge at 206.47 is a Pillar you can reach by foot with a Flame Djinn NPC
- Make sure you have over 90% health and dont get attacked.
- Talk to him, he will hit you for 90% of your Health and you get the skill when you survive.
