Banish Spirit
Talk to the NPC Panicked Woman at Geffen (104,179). Offer your help and enter her home.
The house is haunted by a spirit which refuses to leave the place. The first thing you notice is some noise on the bookshelf. You notice the presence of a spirit, but it refuses to show itself.
From this point, you are free to interact with anything inside the home. Each correct move will progress through the quest line as completed. If you feel the need to restart, talk back to the bookshelf.
Once the spirit is out, make it work on what you did.
Once the spirit is out, you will leave the house. Talk to the woman and the quest is completed.
