Description[edit]
Causes the dragon to lob a phlegm of elemental energy. Deals elemental damage based on the dragon's matk. Dealing (50+50*SkillLv)% of Base damage in a 5x5 area.
Base = 50*SkillLv+Atk+50+Masters Int
If target is weak to element base +250 and ratio + (25*SkillLv)
