- Slinging Arrow cast time reduced from 1.5 -> 0.5 seconds
- Slinging Arrow cast delay increased from 0 -> 0.3 seconds
- Slinging Arrow hit count increased from 1 -> 2
- Slinging Arrow damage Increases from (125+25*SkillLv)% -> (100+80*SkillLv)%
