Changes
- Grand Cross now hits targets stacked on each other
- Devotion Level range increased from 10 -> 15
- Shield Boomerang and Shield Chain Now gains bonuses if weapon is correct element for the following effects, Volcano, Violent Gale, Deluge, Spider Web, Black Powder, Muspelheim Curse, Dark Binding, Infected and Venom Splasher
- Spear Quicken now grants (3*SkillLv) Crit
- Increased Base Level 99 SP from 475 -> 505
