- Vulcan Arrow now useable during performance
- Vulcan Arrow cast time reduced from (2+0.1*SkillLv) -> 2 seconds
- Vulcan Arrow walk delay reduced from 2 -> 1 second
- Vulcan Arrow act delay reduced from 3 -> 2 second
Tarot Card
