Skill Changes
Arrow Vulcan
- Vulcan Arrow now useable during performance
- Vulcan Arrow cast time reduced from (2+0.1*SkillLv) -> 2 seconds
- Vulcan Arrow walk delay reduced from 2 -> 1 second
- Vulcan Arrow act delay reduced from 3 -> 2 second
Tarot Card
- Tarot's Love Card no longer heals and Teleports target, instead it Heals anyone attacking target by (10*Attackers Level) once every 6 seconds, last 30 seconds.
