Description
Casting skills no longer cost SP but costs (7.5*SP Cost) as HP. Killing something restores (SkillLv)% Missing HP + (10*SkillLv)% ATK HP. Locks Max SP at 1, ATK healing increased by 1.5x while under Akuma.
