Katar Mastery

• Max Level reduced to 5
  
• Increases Hit by SkillLv and Weapon Atk by (SkillLv*3) and (3*SkillLv)% when using Katar
  

Left and Right Hand Masteries

• Add 1% Aspd Per Level dual wielding when dual wielding any weapon dual combo
  

Double Attack

• Increases all Katar Damage (was just basic attacks)
  

Venom Splasher

• Has a countdown
  
• No longer has an HP check
  
• Detonates on target's death
  
• Delay resets when it detonates
  
• At end of duration deals 100% bonus damage damage taken again to target
  
• Increase damage from Poison damage by 25% (including Poison and Deadly Poison)
  
• Damage increases by 1% for every % HP the target is missing.
  
• Damage is Doubled if target is Poisoned and Doubled if Target is Deadly Poisoned (they stack)
  
• now effected by EDP
  
• Soul Breaker increases Venom Splashers bonus poison damage is doubled and detonates it early
  

Sonic Blow

• Now castable when dual-wielding weapons
  
• Damage increased from (400+40*SkillLv)% -> ((400+60*SkillLv)+(SkillLv*Apm/6))% Atk Damage
  
• Autocasting no longer stops attacking if level cast is learned
  
• Can now crit hitting 12 times and dealing 50% bonus damage but not effected by Luk base damage
  
• Deals more damage based on missing HP, capped at 50% atk (20% vs bosses)
  
• Missing HP damage cap increased by 10% per level of Advanced Katar Mastery when using a Katar
  
• No longer ignores cast delay Status Effects
  
• Cast Delay lowered from 2 to 0.5 Seconds
  
• No longer has a Cast Delay when Linked
  
• when Linked bonus damage outside of woe decreased from +100% -> +50%
  

Sonic Acceleration

• Now gives a flat +50 Hit instead of 50%
  

Grimtooth

• Castable when dual wielding weapons
  
• Castable from Cloaking
  
• Gains (3*SkillLv) Hit
  

Enchant Poison

• Chance now additive with Venom Knife, Venom Splasher and Envenom
  
• is now applied on Grimtooth, rolls twice with with katar
  
• is now applied on Sonic Blow, rolls once per hit katar
  

Enchant Deadly Poison

• Bonus damage reduced from (50+50*SkillLv)% -> (40*SkillLv)%
  
• Duration increased from (35+5*SkillLv) -> (20+20*SkillLv) Seconds
  
• Works with effects Soul Breaker and Meteor Assault
  
• Stacks with Poison, applies with Venom Knife, Venom Splasher, Envenom, Grimtooth and Sonic Blow. If using Katar Rolls *twice for Grimtooth and rolls every hit with Sonic Blow.
  
• Initial damage is now poison property, capped at 99999 and at 1% for MVP
  

Cloaking

• Attack out of Cloaking deals an additional (2 * SkillLv)% base crit damage
  
• Attack out of Cloaking deals an additional (2 * SkillLv)% bonus crit damage
  
• First hit out of Cloaking cannot be reflected
