- Fixed Novice area logic error
- Fixed a infinite loop error in Tortuga merchants when buying more then 127 of the same item
- Fixed Crashing with certain combos of Mystic Skills

- Carrot in Mouth now give Level 1 High Jump
- Decreased drop rates of Hel's items.
- Disabled all Reflect item bonuses due to a bug, once fixed will re-enable (hot fix)
- Lowered Drop rates of Hel items
- Increased sell value of Hel items from 10-> 10000

- Fixed a chest that was visible but unobtainable due to minimum distance

- Increased Resistance to Ailment Max from 25% -> 35% per slot
- Truely Fixed Short and Long ranged reflect being swapped
