* Bleeding now deals damage every 5 seconds
* The % HP damage is increased from 0.1% -> 0.5% per hit
* Players causing bleed deals 1% more damage per base level

===Item===
* Added 4 Backpacks, once tested will be available
* Pineapple is now available in Zhakastia fruit shop
* Enchanter===
* Fixed Insight and Potential gems being swapped
* Removed Resistance to Misc from possible enchants

===Cash Shop===
* Fixed Event ticket toast and cash shop toast being different items

===Drop Rates===
* The LUK bonus rate changes from (Chance * .09 * Luk / 100) + (.09 * Luk / 100) -> (Chance * .11 * Luk / 100) + (.05 * Luk / 100) -> (Chance * .2 * Luk / 100)
* Equipment Drops Increased from 1x -> 3x
* Non-Equipment Drops Increased from 2x -> 3x
* Boss Drops now effected by Floating Rates
* Equipment Drops now effected by Floating Rates
* Bonus Drops from Cards / Skills now effected by Floating Rates
* Cards are still unaffected by Floating Rates

===WOE===
* WOE enabled on Saturday 15:00 ~ 17:00 for Neuschwanstein and Himinn Castles

===Weapon Mastery===
* Onslaught ASPD lowered from 10% -> 5%
* Swiftness ASPD lowered from 15% -> 10%
* Swiftness ASPD also grants 10% Cast Delay

===Adept===
* Essence Ritual: Rename 'Vanirs Ritual' Lower Cooldown from 5 to 3 minutes
* Blessing became Freyjas Festival: Increases Agi, Vit and Luk by (SkillLv*2)
