Lower M.Def of Target by 20, also removes these buffs and prevents the first 2 from being reapplied for the duration:
Ethereal Cloak, Spectral Veil, Spectral Power, Blessing, Soul Link, Kaizel, Kaahi, Kaupe, Kaite, Fusion, Energy Coat, Amplify Magic Power, Assumptio, Steel Body, Critical Explosion, and Grants.
