Description
Targeted Skeleton transforms into a Skeletal mage with 0 Def and Mdef and 60% of normal HP, but will cast Magic Instead. Increases maximum skeleton cap by 1. When learned, grants +2% ATK to all summons.
Requires 1 Skel-Bone.
