Floating Rates
From Project Einherjar
Every hour the exp and drop rates of the server change. There is also an Rate Master at (prt_in,133,40) that will change the rates for a player at the cost of 3 Event Tickets and 10,000 zeny, these changes are not guaranteed to be better. The Rates are effected by rng and by non-idle characters online.
