Esper
Overview

This class have greater control over the neutral and ghost elements, being able to even change the element of their enemies to their convenience and summon spiritual entities to help him, healing their allies, attacking his enemies with a sharp blade or even with forgotten spells.
The Esper can be a powerful enemy, but he is an even more powerful ally, because have access to special buffs, the divine blessings that can improve the biggest strength of their allies or cover their weakness.
Job Change
1. Talk to the "Composed Man" in the back room in the second floor of the inn Payon.
2. You need to bring him a 
1carat Diamond (can be bought from ), a 
Glass Bead (can be bought from Prontera Gift Merchant), 10 
Fabric and 10 
Glacial Hearts OR 10 
Burning Hearts (more easily obtainable from Magmarings).
3. He will give you 10 little ghost dolls and tell you to talk to 10 spirits.
The Spirits are one map east of Morroc. The Spirits move around, following are some of the possible locations where the spirits could be.

Bring fly wings to save you from the Incarnations of Morroc.
4. Return to the "Composed Man" on the second floor of the Payon Inn.
5. Watch the short instance. Talk to him again to become an Esper.
