You imitate the presence of the mightiest of dragons, empowering yourself and those around you in a 11x11 area of effect based on the resistance gained from your Dragon Slayer for the next minute. Increases stat by (5*SkillLv)%. Consumes your Dragon Slayer and puts it on a 1 minute cooldown.
