Necromancer[edit]
Dark Binding now removed by Dispell and Water Mantle
Dark Binding min duration reduced from 5 -> 2 seconds
Slowcast is now removed by Talisman of Relief (including Mob version)
Spiriter[edit]
Spectral Veil and Ethereal Cloak no longer removed by Dispell
Soul Shatter removed by Water Mantle and Dispell
Viking[edit]
Thors Might no longer removed from Dispell or Firemantle when Linked
Others[edit]
Fire Mantle now removes Duneyrr Aura
Water Mantle no longer removes Hell Power or no Recover
